The Outlook Lodge does not have a traditional check-in or front desk. Before your arrival you will receive an email containing all the information needed to retrieve your key and begin your private stay. At the conclusion of your stay, simply leave the key in your room.

The Outlook Lodge is easily accessible from both Colorado Springs and Denver airports. Once you arrive, parking is available in front of the Lodge, next to the Church in the Wildwood.

Wireless internet service is available, free of charge, to all guests of The Outlook Lodge. To log in, search the network name, Outlook Lodge and/or Outlook Lodge Main, and enter the password, outlookguests.

Please review the following Lodge policies prior to your stay with The Outlook Lodge.

Reservation Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. The credit card used to make the reservation will be charged automatically at the end of your stay. Rates are subject to change. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a room. Two guests are permitted per bedroom with a maximum of two visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be cancelled more than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival will be charged for the first night's stay (room rate and taxes).

To cancel your reservation, send an email to with your reservation number and state you would like to cancel your reservation.

Smoking Policy:
The Outlook Lodge is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking inside any of the buildings will incur a $250 (USD) cleaning fee. The Outlook Lodge does not permit guests to smoke directly outside of the Lodge buildings.

Kitchen Policy:
The Outlook Lodge features a kitchen for guest use from the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM. The kitchen includes an electric cookstove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, cookware, and serviceware. Guests must clean up after themselves and keep the kitchen tidy for others.

Seasonal Amenity Policy:
The Spa is heated year round and the GAS grill and firepit are available weather permitting. They are both GAS powered and DO NOT require firewood.

Pet Policy:
We regret that pets are not allowed at The Outlook Lodge. However, service animals are permitted with advance notice.

Damage Policy:
Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, d�cor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning.

Key Return Policy:
Please leave the key in your room at the end of your stay. A $45 (USD) fee will be incurred if the room key is lost, taken, or not left in your room at the end of the stay.

Lost & Found Policy:
The Outlook Lodge will make a reasonable effort to contact guests after departure if they have left any belongings on the premises. Items may be shipped at the owner's expense. If we are unable to reach the guest(s), the items will be placed in our Lost & Found. Any items that remain in the Lost & Found will be donated to charity or discarded after 60 days.

Loss & Theft Liability:
Colorado Statute 12-44-109: The landlord or keeper of any hotel or public inn shall not be liable for the loss of any article left by any guest or patron in any room assigned to or occupied by such guest or patron, greater, in any event, than the sum of two hundred dollars for all articles which may be lost by said guest or patron, except by an agreement in writing made by the landlord or keeper of such hotel or public inn, or person in charge of the office, assuming a greater liability.
